We invite you to experience a unique evening where cuisine becomes a true dialogue between territory and creativity. “Cooking the Tramuntana · Four Hands” brings together our chef, José Luis Adán, and Edgar, head chef at Andreu Genestra’s Aromata, in a proposal rooted in a deep respect for local produce and inspired by the surrounding landscape.

Trained in one of Mallorca’s most representative kitchens, Edgar brings a contemporary perspective that blends seamlessly with the sensitivity and experience of José Luis Adán. Together, they interpret the Tramuntana through an honest, seasonal cuisine deeply connected to its environment.

The result is a tasting menu that unfolds as a sensory journey through the Tramuntana, where each course reveals new layers of flavour, texture and territory. From the first delicate and expressive bites to more structured and profound creations, the menu evolves with balance and coherence, culminating in a refined, elegant and nuanced sweet finale. A sequence designed to move and inspire, where each dish flows naturally into the next in perfect harmony.
