On 3 October, Maristel Hotel & Spa presents “Between Smoke & Wine”, a gastronomic experience created in collaboration with Charcutería Izquierdo, where smoke, exceptional produce and wine take centre stage for a unique evening in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Smoking is one of the oldest preservation techniques, but also an extraordinary way to transform flavours, aromas and textures. Throughout this experience, we will discover a carefully curated selection of smoked products chosen especially for the occasion, exploring the different nuances, intensities and personalities that smoke can bring.

The evening takes guests on a gastronomic journey through six flavours. Following the art of fine pairing, each will be matched with one of six wines carefully selected for the occasion, creating a play of harmonies, contrasts and nuances centred around smoke.

An experience to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, discovering new combinations and exploring the world of smoked flavours from a contemporary perspective, where produce, smoke and wine come together around the table.
